Please ensure you've read the terms & conditions and refunds before booking. As this is energy work I reserve the right to cancelling/rescheduling your reading if I am unable to perform. So please bare that in mind when booking and please be patient and respectful. If you yourself need to reschedule at any point you are more than welcome to, just give at least 2 hours notice before the appointment.. I do not do readings on the weekends. The readings on service are the only readings I offer, please do not enquire about any other type of reading.​ I will not invade the privacy of another individual. If purchasing a reading, it must be for you only. I am not a medium and do not offer readings for passed on loved ones. I will not conduct a reading based on malicious intent. Refunds will not be administered to readings that have already been completed. To be eligible for a refund, you must request a refund up to 24hrs before your appointment. I reserve the right to provide a full refund if I do not feel comfortable or safe to do the reading.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
